Drawing on FLIR's decades of experience building mission-proven thermal imagers, the FLIR Next Generation M-617CS pan/tilt thermal maritime camera lets you see more for greater safety and mission success, day or night. 640 x 512 thermal resolution for enhanced range and a narrow 17-degree field of view provides excellent long-range target detection. A 1.4 Lux daylight camera with a 36x optical zoom, and 360° Continuous Pan and +/-90° tilt capabilities delivers complete situational awareness.

In addition to thermal vision the M-617cs features a high-resolution color camera with 36x optical zoom for enhanced daylight and lowlight target identification. The M-Series integrate seamlessly with existing electronics including select multifunction displays from Furuno, Garmin, Raymarine and Simrad. M-Series cameras are also supplied with a joystick control unit, giving you full control of the camera. FLIR Next Generation M-Series thermal cameras feature active gyro-stabilization so the camera always delivers a steady image, even in rough seas. The gyro-stabilized M-617CS creates thermal images with stunning detail. You will see more at night than with any other imaging technology. A color CCD camera enhances navigational abilities by day and in twilight, while radar slew-to-cue gives visual reference to radar targets.
