Inside Sales Representative - JRC Europe

At Alphatron Marine, we are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to support our commercial activities and help deliver an excellent customer experience. In this role you support our Area Sales Managers in their daily activities and contribute to the success of our commercial operations. You ensure quotations, orders and customer requests are handled efficiently. You will become part of a dedicated commercial team where collaboration, customer service and continuous improvement are key.

What will you do?

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will support the sales process from inquiry to delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring that customer requests and orders are followed up efficiently and that all stakeholders remain informed throughout the process.

Your responsibilities include:

• Following up on customer inquiries via email and telephone.
• Preparing quotations and processing customer orders in our ERP system.
• Monitoring orders and ensuring accurate administration throughout the sales process.
• Coordinating communication between customers, sales colleagues, purchasing and technical departments.
• Supporting the sales team with daily commercial activities.
• Assisting with the coordination and follow-up of customer projects.
• Maintaining accurate records on deliveries, order status and invoicing.
• Contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional support.

Who are you?

You are proactive, organised and solution-oriented. You enjoy helping customers, working closely with colleagues and finding practical solutions to challenges. You can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and service.

In addition, you have:

• MBO working and thinking level or equivalent.
• A commercial mindset and strong organisational skills.
• Affinity with technology and technical products.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems; experience with Navision is an advantage.
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities.
• A willingness to learn and develop through internal training opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
