We would like to inform you of an important cybersecurity issue.

Dear valued customer,

We would like to inform you of an important cybersecurity issue.

It has come to our attention that fraudulent emails are currently being sent to external parties, falsely requesting payments, invoice settlements, or the sharing of commercial information.
These emails may appear credible at first glance. In some cases, however, they use unauthorized domain names or sender addresses that do not originate from our organization.

Please watch for the following warning signs:

  • Email addresses that do not match our official domains
  • Unexpected requests relating to payments, invoices, procurement, or business cooperation
  • Messages emphasizing urgency, confidentiality, or changes to payment instructions
  • Language, formatting, or contact details that differ from our normal communications

Our official domain names are:

  • alphatronmarine.com
  • jrc-europe.com
  • jrc-americas.com
  • alphatronmarinesystems.com
  • jrc.am
  • jrc-iberia.com
  • jrc-france.com
  • alphatron.de
  • alphatronpoland.pl

Alphatron Marine BV will never request changes to bank account details solely by email. Always verify such requests through your regular point of contact.

What we ask you to do:

  • Do not reply to suspicious emails
  • Do not click on any links or open any attachments
  • Always verify payment or bank detail changes through your regular point of contact
  • Delete the message from your inbox

If you receive a spam or phishing email sent from one of the official domains listed above, please contact IT-Support@alphatronmarine.com.

We take this matter very seriously and are actively taking appropriate measures. We greatly appreciate your vigilance and cooperation in helping prevent fraudulent activity.

If you have any questions or are unsure about a message you have received, please contact your regular point of contact.

Sincerely,
Alphatron Marine BV
