40 hours

Hamburg/Halstenbek

Are you looking for a study program where you do more than just watch, but actually learn something meaningful? Interested in sales, international contacts, and a work environment that doesn’t feel like a government office? Then keep reading!

Training Program: Dual Study Program (m/f/d)

Focus on Technical Sales | Start 01.08.2026 | Halstenbek

Fruit basket? Foosball table? Lots of companies have those. We prefer: appreciation, real teamwork, and working together as equals.

What you can expect from us

 This is not just “some office job.”. You will learn how sales really works – from purchasing and warehousing to customer sales meetings and everything else related to sales. And yes: you will work in a maritime environment with an international focus and a team that is genuinely excited to welcome you.

What you will learn
  • How to sell navigation and communication solutions (and explain them professionally);
  • How quotations are created and orders are processed;
  • How marketing works in real life (not just in textbooks);
  • How goods are purchased, stored, and logistics are organized;
  • How to check incoming/outgoing goods and maintain oversight;
  • How to ensure our warehouse never suddenly runs “empty”.

In short: you will learn sales + trade + organization in one job.

What you should bring

You do not have to be perfect, but you should be motivated to learn and not afraid to take initiative.

  • (Advanced) secondary school diploma;
  • Interest in shipping, technology, or sales (or all of them combined);
  • Communication takes place in both German and English (yes, really – we are international);
  • Friendly, reliable, and a team player;
  • Able to organize yourself independently;
  • And able to stay calm under pressure.
What we offer
  • A team that sees you as a colleague in training, not “just a trainee”;
  • A training program that truly prepares you for the future;
  • Almost guaranteed employment after graduation (we train to retain);
  • 30 vacation days + flexible working hours + flexitime account;
  • Internal & external training courses (including exam preparation);
  • JobRad, capital-forming benefits, and additional extras;
  • Flat hierarchies + informal culture;
  • And a company culture where appreciation is more than just a word.
