Your role as Inside Sales Representative - Spares

As an Inside Sales Representative, you start your day by reviewing incoming customer inquiries, quotation requests, and orders. You determine which tasks can be handled directly and which require coordination with colleagues. Together with the Account Representatives and the Sales Manager, you form a strong team focused on delivering excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing quotations and processing orders in the ERP system;
• Advising and supporting customers by email and phone;
• Following up on orders, including delivery schedules and invoicing;
• Collaborating with (technical) colleagues to provide quick and effective solutions to customers;
• Coordinating with our international offices;
• Providing backup support for Inside Sales colleagues in other departments.

Your Profile

You are solution-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused. When a product is not immediately available, you quickly search for alternatives—whether through international offices, urgent local deliveries, or temporary replacements.

You bring:

• MBO (secondary vocational education) level of working and thinking, preferably in the maritime sector;
• Affinity with technology (experience is an advantage);
• Experience with MS Office and ERP systems (knowledge of Navision is a plus);
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English;
• A proactive, hands-on, and eager-to-learn attitude.
