The SKIPPER DL1 is a single-axis Doppler speed log that determines a vessel’s Speed Through Water (STW) using Doppler technology. It continuously measures the ship’s forward movement and distance relative to the surrounding seawater, providing real-time navigation data.

All measurements are shown in an intuitive and clearly structured format, making the DL1 easy to operate and interpret for bridge personnel during navigation.
